John R. Hall /Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
John Hall has been integrally involved in the direct response marketing and telecommunications industries since 1992.  Mr. Hall oversees business development, corporate strategy and development, new product development, higher education consulting, and enrollment management operations.

Mr. Hall received his B.A. in Political Science and his Masters Degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Pepperdine University and is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Education (Ed.D.) with a specialization in Higher Education Administration from the University of Southern California.

 

Zantine Greenwood / Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder
Since 1991, Zantine Greenwood has served in an executive capacity in the direct response marketing and telecommunications industry. Mr. Greenwood oversees hiring and employee management, daily operations, creation and implementation of technical services including research and development and management of voice and data infrastructure and operating systems.

 

Brad Johnson / Executive Vice President, Strategic Relationships
Mr. Johnson is a seasoned sales professional having worked for a series of application and customer care service providers.  Mr. Johnson is responsible for developing strategic long-term relationships by providing fully customizable, state-of-the-art media, fulfillment and customer care solutions maximizing client profitability and their customer relationships.

Mr. Johnson graduated with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of North Carolina.

 

Art Stenmo / Executive Vice President, Higher Education Services
Mr. Stenmo’s experience in higher education spans over 20 years with leadership positions in student recruitment, admissions, academic advising and enrollment services at Pitzer College, California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and the University of La Verne.  Mr. Stenmo is active in and has served on various professional committees including the Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC) and the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC). Mr. Stenmo oversees education operations including lead generation, lead qualification, enrollment counseling and retention counseling.

Mr. Stenmo holds a B.S. in Physical Education from the University of La Verne and a M.A. in Higher Education from Stanford University.

 

David Ruderman / Senior Vice President, Education Marketing
Mr. Ruderman has over 25 years of direct marketing and education marketing experience, including 10 years as Chief Marketing Officer at Chapman University where he oversaw marketing for adult students, online programs, and Chapman’s Orange Campus graduate programs.

Mr. Ruderman assists the sales team in building strategic enrollment and student service solutions as well as overseeing marketing, Web development and collateral.

Mr. Ruderman holds a B.S. in Business and a M.S. in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from California State University, Northridge.

Kym Tran / Vice President of Operations, Education Services
Mr. Tran has an extensive background in and diverse understanding of data analysis, software integration, training, IT and production.  At Greenwood & Hall, Mr. Tran is responsible for overseeing Greenwood & Hall’s extensive marketing operations and key IT functions

Mr. Tran holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from the University of California, San Diego and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Pepperdine University. 

 

Lana Karim / Vice President, Client Services
Ms. Karim has extensive experience in client services and account management in the television specialty market and the retail lending industry.  At Greenwood & Hall, Ms. Karim manages ongoing relationships and each aspect of the client experience including new program implementations to ensure Greenwood & Hall is always proactively addressing changing client requirements.

 

Leilani Gamboa / Vice President of Financial Aid Services

Ms. Gamboa has worked in admissions and financial aid management positions at various institutions including the University of Redlands and Chapman University and student aid lenders and guarantors, including Nelnet,  for over 15 years. 

At Greenwood & Hall, Ms. Gamboa helps design and manage financial aid process, training, quality assurance and compliance solutions for institution clients.

Ms. Gamboa holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of La Verne and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from San Jose State University.

 

Tyler Sheridan, IT Director
Mr. Sheridan leverages his experience in the telecommunications industry to provide technical solutions for Greenwood & Hall’s diverse client base.  At Greenwood & Hall, Mr. Sheridan is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s technological vision with a focus on eCRM Systems and network and database administration.

Mr. Sheridan holds a Bachelor`s Degree in Networking and Communications Management at DeVry University.

 

Thomas J. Bailey / Vice President, Sales
Mr. Bailey began his career in banking where he spent 10 years training and supporting end-users on a variety of computing applications.  For the last 18 years, he has served in various support and sales roles assisting financial aid offices streamline the delivery of Title IV funds.  Mr. Bailey works with educational institutions to develop enrollment management solutions to cost effectively increase enrollments and retention as well as financial aid solutions to efficiently deliver quality student services. 

 

John B. Green / Director, Business Development

Mr. Green has worked in higher education and for over 15 years in counselor, systems coordinator and quality control roles within financial aid offices and in sales and marketing for a national guarantor and student loan company.  In his current position, he works with educational institutions to develop enrollment management solutions to cost effectively increase enrollments and retention as well as financial aid solutions to efficiently deliver quality student services. 

Mr. Green has a B.A. in Political Science from Minnesota State University Mankato and a M.A. in International Relations from Alliant international University.
